New headquarters celebrates materials producer’s history and attracts employees
This competition-winning design consolidates all RiverStone Group offices in one 24,000-square-foot headquarters building. The light-filled facility pays tribute to RiverStone’s rich history and to the aggregates that the company quarries. It also entices new employees with amenities such as a patio that overlooks a ravine, a creek, a tree line, and a golf course.
The exterior stone’s diverse colors and textures create the impression of stone outcroppings. An L-shaped design, slender 60-foot-wide corridors, and clerestories fill the interior with daylight.
Legat’s ingenuity and vision paralleled exactly what our company was trying to accomplish with our new facility as we celebrated building of the sixth (and largest) company headquarters in our 125 years in business.
